By the time the children reach this age group, we are encouraging lots of spontaneous play and free choice, this is where the child makes the decision about the toys they wish to play with, for example sand, water, construction toys or in the role play area
The nursery practitioners also organise various structured activities to promote other areas of development for example: self-help skills, language skills and so on.
